Our Community
– Anthony J. D’Angelo
We have expanded the assisted living “either/or” environmental model of care and created a Spectrum of Care offering four unique community living environments and programs. This model decreases stigmas often experienced by many in assisted living and allows for person-centered care that leads to improved quality of life for residents and their family members.
Our Spectrum of Care ability-based model allows residents, families, and team members to benefit from the intimacy and programming of a smaller community within the larger Orchard Senior Living community.
Innovative Ability-Based Care
We support a personalized quality of life by directing care partners to focus on a resident’s current abilities in order to create opportunities for a person to feel purpose and meaning throughout each day.
Orchard is intentionally designed into four unique ability-based neighborhoods called “Groves” that are adapted to maximize a person’s independence, connection to others, and level of engagement.
Our team will help you determine the Orchard Living Grove that is right for you.
