Relational Responsive Care starts with believing that quality of life is rooted in relationships. Rather than practicing prescriptive and task-driven care, our care approach focuses on relationships, ability, and personal preference. All Orchard team members help ensure residents and families are listened to, understood, and valued.

Living Well

Holistic assessment and care planning is done with intention and commitment to the human spirit. Each resident’s Health & Wellness Assessment includes not only medication management and hands-on support services, but equally important, social, emotional, and spiritual needs. Resident care planning balances daily activity, personal needs, and preferences. A dedicated team of medication aides, care partners, supervisor, engagement coordinators, and housekeeper support each grove. As a team, we deliver care tailored to the individual preferences and pace of each resident, ensuring their needs are met with attentiveness and respect for their autonomy.
